FCS Play: privacy for children and grown-ups
Last updated: October 11, 2026
FCS Play at play.fullcirclestoryworks.com is a collection of free browser games for children, operated under the business name Full Circle Storyworks. Our contact details are below.
You do not need an account or give us your name to play. Your game progress stays in your browser.
Our web host, Cloudflare, still needs limited technical information, including an IP address, to send the games to your device and protect the website. The sections below explain the difference between that information and your game progress.
What the games don't ask for or include
- No accounts, sign-ups, names, email addresses or photos are requested to play.
- No chat, messaging, comments or uploads.
- No camera, microphone or device-location permission is requested.
- No advertisements, purchases or audience-analytics trackers.
- The games do not set cookies or load scripts, fonts, images or music from other companies' websites. Game files are served from FCS Play through Cloudflare. Some game files include open-source software; its licences are listed on the phone and tablet version's grown-ups page.
- We do not sell children's personal information or use it for advertising, cross-service tracking or player profiles.
Hosting and parent-support processing are explained below. They are not a child account or a marketing service.
What stays on your device
Depending on the version you play, the games remember the following in your browser on your device:
- finished maps and best stars earned;
- music and sound settings;
- accessibility preferences, including slower movement, reduced motion, contrast and text size; and
- which tips have already appeared.
This uses browser storage called localStorage, not a cookie. We do not attach a name, account or unique player identifier to these records or send these progress records to FCS. Scores and stars are not shared or compared with other players.
The records remain until you choose Reset progress on the game's grown-ups page, clear the site's browser data, or your browser removes them. Anyone using the same browser profile may see that progress. FCS does not receive a server-side copy of your game progress and does not provide remote recovery or deletion of it.
In the computer version of Robo Delivers, music and sound effects are created inside your browser. The phone and tablet version plays five music files downloaded from FCS Play itself; its sound effects are created in the browser. Neither version loads audio from another website. The computer version's optional read-aloud speaks fixed on-screen captions using a suitable local device voice. It does not record your voice or use your microphone. The feature is unavailable if a suitable local voice cannot be selected.
The two versions keep separate progress. The phone and tablet version saves only the best stars for each level. Each version's grown-ups page has its own Reset progress button; resetting one version does not reset the other. Clearing all FCS Play site data removes both versions' saved browser data.
On supported phones, the phone and tablet version can give a short vibration when Robo bumps into something. You can also tap its full-screen button, where your browser and device settings allow it. These features do not request access to your camera, microphone or location, and FCS does not collect or store a record of their use.
What our web host processes
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and delivers FCS Play. When your browser requests a page or game file, Cloudflare processes information such as the IP address, browser/request details, the file or page requested, and the time of the request.
The internal-operation purposes for this information are delivering files over the network, maintaining site availability, and detecting or preventing attacks and abuse. An IP address is personal information even though the game has no account system.
FCS keeps its optional audience analytics and persistent application/request logging disabled for this arcade. We limit page resources to the game's own files and do not add advertising tools or identifiers for tracking players. We do not use the request information to contact children, advertise to them, build individual player profiles, or track them across websites. FCS requires service-provider processing of children's information on its behalf to remain limited to the permitted delivery and security purposes.
Disabling our logging does not stop the network processing needed to load a page, and it does not mean Cloudflare processes or retains nothing. Cloudflare describes its processing in its Privacy Policy. The FCS Play retention details appear below.
How long information is kept
Game progress and settings: stored only in your browser until reset, browser-data clearing, or browser removal, as described above.
FCS request logs and audience analytics: we do not enable persistent application/request logging or audience analytics for this arcade.
Hosting and support-provider technical information: Cloudflare does not keep a request log for FCS Play: we have not turned on Cloudflare's optional request logs, log exports or Worker logs. Cloudflare keeps analytics and security-event records for our website, which it uses to show traffic levels and to detect attacks; it documents a 31-day window for these records. Cloudflare keeps its own network and security records only as long as it needs them for those purposes, as its Privacy Policy explains; it does not publish a fixed period for them. Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards grown-ups' messages to us, does not store message content and keeps delivery records (sender, recipient and whether delivery succeeded) for 30 days. In Google Gmail, where we read and answer messages, deleted messages leave Google's active systems within about 2 months and its backups within about 6 months.
Parent-support correspondence: we delete emails and any call notes from grown-ups within 30 days after we have answered the request from the mailboxes and copies FCS controls, including relevant sent messages and deleted-item folders. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages to Google Gmail, where we read and answer them. Provider-held delivery logs, security information and backup copies have separate deletion handling, described in the provider-retention entry above; FCS does not promise that deleting a message instantly erases every provider copy. If a specific legal obligation or security incident requires longer preservation, we limit the retained information to that purpose, restrict its use and delete it when that need ends. A question sent directly by a child is deleted promptly after our one reply, rather than kept for the ordinary parent-support period.
We do not retain children's personal information indefinitely. Information no longer needed for its specified permitted purpose is deleted using reasonable safeguards.
Links
Game screens contain no links to outside websites. This notice includes a link to Cloudflare's privacy information for grown-ups. Our email contact opens your email service when you choose to use it; it does not add a chat or message form inside the game. Outside services have their own privacy practices.
Parents and guardians
Operator/contact: Full Circle Storyworks
Mailing address: 16631 Vance Jackson Rd., San Antonio, TX 78255
Email: play@fullcirclestoryworks.com
Business telephone: (726) 215-3648
These contact details are for grown-ups with privacy or support questions. Children do not have to send an email or call us to play.
When a parent contacts us, FCS and its communications provider receive the parent's contact details and message. We use them to answer the request and manage necessary follow-up, not to market to the child or build a player profile. Please do not send a child's full name, school, address, photos, identity documents or other unnecessary personal details.
You may contact us to ask about information held about your child, request access or deletion where applicable, or ask that further collection or use stop. We will explain what information exists, any applicable limits, and how the request can be handled. We may request only the information reasonably needed to verify parental authority and protect the information involved. We will not create a new child profile simply to process a request.
There is no server-side copy of game progress for us to retrieve. Use Reset progress or clear this site's browser storage to delete that local information. Loading the website still requires delivery-related network processing; closing the site stops further game page requests.
If a child directly sends a one-time question, we use the contact information only to respond once and delete it promptly after the response, unless a different response is permitted or required by applicable law. We do not add children to mailing lists. We remove unnecessary child information received by mistake rather than retaining it for future use.
We do not make personal details a condition of playing or give children a way to publish personal information to other players.
Changes
This notice covers the free, account-free arcade described above. New games or features must be checked against it before release.
Before changing how FCS Play handles personal information, we will update this notice and meet the legal requirements that apply to the change, including parental notice and consent where required. Posting a new notice alone does not authorize new collection or uses of children's information.
